Issues to apply personalized json for "approve/reject" columns - SP List

Hi everyone.

I'm new to SP and .json synthax, so I'm facing some issues to apply this list formatting to my list:

I created the approval column as caculated and pasted the .json file, but as it is a calculated column, which formula should I use? This are the instructions from the example:

I'm stucked in this very first step, since I don't know the right way to create this column.

    Hi @Victor F,

    Here are steps:

    1.Create two choice columns，named Approval and ItemStatus (the default value is Pending) .

    2.Format Approval column using approval-buttons-setValue-status-user.json.txt:
