QoS with Teams, port mapping

Hello!

In order to match the right trafic coming from Teams so to mark them and apply QoS at my switches level, I'm looking for (and actually not finding) the specific port to match.

Out of my attempts, I realised that the port ranges from 50000 to 50059 ([https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/qos-in-teams) are not the only used.

My goals is to identify the voice trafic (1), the video trafic (2), then the screen sharing trafic (3) so that I can assign the right DSCP value to them in some policy-maps.

Do we know the specific ports used for each of those streams ?

Otherwise, how do you arrive to classify those trafics, not forgetting that the link above showed the GPO only works for Windows OS (and my environment has a majority of Mac).
