Bot creation failed for the single and multi-tenant.
Above error popped up when App id and password creation was in progress.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I have tried to reproduce your issue but everything works fine for me.
I think it may be caused by your bot. Could you please confirm what language you are using? If there specifc template you are using for your bot?

Hello, sorry for the confusion here. Just got a confirmation from product team the message was mis-mapped. The underlying error for this message means not enough permission. product team is working to fix this message.
This issue means that User does not have the permission to create AAD application. Were you being able to do so previously? Could you please confirm your access level? Thanks a lot.

My intention is to get app I'd and secret to connect it to SAP conversational AI chat bot.Below tutorial which explains it. I am not sure there is any programming language or SDK involved in this scenario. @YutongTie-MSFT

Same behavior for me. I am owner of the resource group, I get the same error creating the bot.
