When it comes to any kind of compliance reporting in Azure, nothing is real time. Proactive remediation is no different.
Intune - Proactive Remediation
Ok,
Continuing on the path of converting from SCCM to Intune, I decided to tackle Compliance Items and Baselines from SCCM to Intune. Not sure why there is not better documentation on how easy there is to do this with Proactive remediation, but in any case - I am using Proactive Remediation. In its fledgling statges, but so far it is doing what it is supposed to. I created two PS Scripts and correctly saved using UTF-8 (without BOM). I have one script that checks for a custom firewall rule and copied another one that checks for Adobe Reader Java setting. From what I can tell, both were detected as missing and corrected with the remediation script.
My question is why does the Endpoint Analytics portal not correctly display the results. On the home page that shows all the proactive remediations, I see that my test devices were, in fact, remediated.
But when I click in to either of the actual proactive remediations, I see nothing:
Looking at the second picture, I just noticed 2 pending devices, so hopefully this is just a timing thing. How long should I wait before I see this second page updated?
BTW - Microsoft - fantastic job on updating this forum site. So much easier to use!
