Microsoft peering portal has the wrong infromation down for JINX IX to peer with. It looks like theyre trying to use JINX Voice IX peeringdb information instead of just JINX PeeringDB information.

I cannot peer here with them on this site due to this as its telling me my network is wrong..How can I get this resolved?

    Hello @Choopa ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.

I understand that you are unable to peer with AS8075 on JINX IX as the Microsoft peering portal has incorrect information for JINX IX to peer with.

I believe you are referring to Internet peering as described in the below link:

    Refer: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/internet-peering/overview

As mentioned in this Prerequisites doc, peers are expected to have a complete and up-to-date profile on PeeringDB. We use this information in our registration system to validate the peer's details such as NOC information, technical contact information, and their presence at the peering facilities etc.

And when I searched for JINX in the PeeringDB site, I see 2 exchanges: JINX and JINX Voice as below:

Microsoft peering is handled by an expert team, whom you can contact directly at peering@microsoft.com

Please send them an email for more clarity on the exchange information.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
