Does the issue also exist on the OWA?
Please kindly try to change the AutomateProcessing setting in the manager's Outlook profile, and then remove and restore the Outlook delegate to check the result. For your reference:
- File > Options > Mail > Under Tracking, clear the Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls check box, and then select OK.
- Restart Outlook, repeat step 1, select the Automatically process meeting requests and responses to meeting requests and polls check box, and then select OK.
- File > Account Settings > Delegate Access > remove the delegates.
- Restart Outlook, repeat steps 3 and restore the delegates.
