Certification not showing on my Microsoft Learning profile- how to add it?

Hi,

I just passed the Microsoft Excel 2019 Associate exam and as instructed in the follow-up email, have constructed my profile on Microsoft Learning. However, my certification is not showing up in the profile. Am I to wait for the profile to update? There's no clear path to connecting the certification ID that I received from Microsoft and my profile.

I have the similar issue.
I am unable to see my most recent certification or transcript on my Microsoft learn profile. I can see my other certifications.
I completed and passed the exam 2 weeks ago.

Can someone help with this ?

Hi Shivani,

I was also facing same issue but i have got a way to add certification on your learning page. Follow the steps below

Step 1: Go To Profile

Step 2: Go To Credentials

Step 3: Go to Certifications tab and hit Connect certification profile

Just reviving this thread as I'm facing the same issue and unable to see or reschedule my exams. This is highly frustrating and had to call Pearson VUE to reschedule my exam. Certification is simply missing... can someone help please?

Just to confirm, my certification profile is linked and showing correctly but the Certificate option in the menu is still missing. :/

This has been resolved, Microsoft moved the Certification to another place as per the comment above which I completely missed.

I can't see my certification history in my profile also on my name two accounts are sharing with same name and email ID. I have cleared the AZ-900 exam but I can't see the certification history

I appeared for the DP-700 (ENU Online - Internet Based Test) on May 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM, and I’m pleased to share that I passed the exam with a score of 750. However, I’m currently unable to see the certification reflected in my account.

Could you please assist me in resolving this?

Click on your avatar in the upper right corner of the site.
Click the Profile link.
When you're on the Profile page, click Certifications tab then click Connect certification profile button to link your certification profile and see your certifications on Microsoft Learn.

Me as well. I just passed the exam and was announced earn the certificate in email. However , over a few days after the exam, the certificate still not appears in my MS Profile. Any support can follow up ?

Same concern on my end. Passed the exam but certificate is not showing in MS Profile. I just received the email saying I passed. I am using the same MS Account for MS Profile and Outlook.

I can't see the certification tab so I am not able to reschedule the exam. This has happened earlier with a different exam. I tried the above links shared by DAVE but no luck it is redirecting to the same page where certification tab is missing. Microsoft, please help.
