Dear Concern ,

we are using share point SharePoint On Premises 2019 . we are trying to configuration share point Individual web application with Individual My Site Profile Sync . but can not can not Configure this Setting . Please help me .

    Hi @Md. Aminur Rahman ,

    As suggested by JulieWang, create multiple user profile service applications and provide these associations with different web applications.

    (Although there are subtle differences when enabling Self-Service Site Creation, it is also applicable to SharePoint 2019).
