Hyper-V-VmSwitch spamming event log

Question

In my event log, I'm being spammed errors from Hyper-V-VmSwitch. under Windows Logs>System.

In the general tab of each error, it reads:

Failed to create port xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx (Friendly Name: Container NIC xxxxxxxx) on switch C08CB7B8-9B3C-408E-8E30-5E16A3AEB444 (Friendly Name: ). Status = {Path Not Found}

The path %hs does not exist.. UniqueEvent = 15.

And this is the details tab:

I have ran sfc /scannow and have ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Check/Scan/RestoreHealth, all coming back good.

I also have HyperV fully disabled in Windows Features:

Why am I getting this error? I would appreciate any help.
