Hello, so I recently got a new phone and realized I had already erased all my data on my old phone with all of my Authenticator codes for discord and roblox. So now if I try to log in to roblox or discord, I can’t. Is there a way to still recover or turn off Authenticator codes?

Please try using the following documentation:
Back up and recover account credentials in the Authenticator app
If you have no backups, you will need to contact Roblox & Discord Support. Microsoft does not have the capability of restoring your codes as they are only available on your device/device backups.

I don't remember even setting the damn thing up. I'm completely logged out of my account and it won't let me in without the code. the code which I don't know. Please help, I really don't want to lose my account.
