I can't turn off windows protection since I have tamper protection on but I can't turn that off either since I need administrator. How do I obtain administrator? Btw this is my own PC so I don't understand why I don't even have that in the first place.

Here are a few ways you can obtain administrator access to turn off Tamper Protection:-

    1. Log in as the administrator: If you know the username and password for the administrator account on your computer, you can log in as the administrator and turn off Tamper Protection.
    2. Use an account with administrator privileges: If you have another account on your computer that has administrator privileges, you can log in using that account and turn off Tamper Protection.
    3. Promote a standard user account to an administrator: If you have a standard user account on your computer that you would like to promote to an administrator, you can do so by going to "Settings" -> "Accounts" -> "Family & other users" and click on "Change account type" and then select "Administrator"
