我需要解开我父亲的邮箱，请问能帮助我找回密码吗？

Question

父亲已经过世，我是他的女儿。找回邮箱的原因是因为公证原因需要解开他的手机，但是有id锁，appleID的账号是hotmail的地址，重置appleID的密码只能将邮件发送到hotmail上。

请问这种情况官方可不可以帮助我重置邮箱密码，如果可以的话我会提供相关资料

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
