Hello all

A few days ago, I upgraded our company clients, now i'm shocked!

99% in our company has used that wonderful windows10 dark mode, which was in real a dark mode.

Now after upgrading the horrible news that we have no dark mode on windows11 anymore, its just this horrible **** grey that makes your eyeballs exploding after a third shift!
So i have a question to the intelligent community, is there any way to make a black design like in windows10?

And please dont answer with fixing it, by the contrast mode, the contrast mode is the greatest **** ever. It marks all boxes etc. with a yellow frame, just horrible.
If there is any regedit key please help me because Windows team won't.
Otherwise we will change to Linux because Microsoft is not bearable anymore.
Deleting such a nice dark mod that is quite a suicide!

Thanks a lot

With many regards

alex

    Alex,

I wish I had an answer for you but I don't. I am in the same boat as you because I usually set my background color manually to a very dark color using the RGB settings. However, all you get is a very lightened color that is hard on the eyes.

I am not going to be as foolish at the other 2 people that replied here and suggest feedback that no Microsoft employee will ever read. Bottom line, Microsoft just doesn't care. Linux is the only really solution. Microsoft has already lost the battle in the Server market so they are desperately trying to hold onto the Desktop market. Well in my book, they are going to lose that battle too with the current attitude towards their user base.

If you ever find a solution, post it.

    Good luck.

    Gary

Personally, I don't see much difference between dark mode of Windows 10 and 11. It's just same for me. Still if it doesn't works for you the way you want, add your feedback via Feedback hub app.
