How to activate Azurepass-sponsership

I have created azure free account for azure training. In my trainig institute azurepass-sponsership is showing me you are not eligible. when I select more options it is asking me to enter a promo code for activate azurepass-sponsership. So I Did not understand what is promocode. I don't have that. So, please solve me and tell me how to activate it is important for me for traing.
