Can't access to https://examregistration.microsoft.com/ and show me invalid_request error message

Question

When I press the button "Manage Certification Profile and Exam Discounts", it redirects to "[https://examregistration.microsoft.com/".

After that, error page was prompted with following error,

We're unable to complete your request

invalid_request: The provided value for the input parameter 'redirect_uri' is not valid. The expected value is a URI which matches a redirect URI registered for this client application.
