Az900 Exam Network Error - Not able to Reschedule!

Question

I was unable to take the exam due to network issues. Previously just 5 min before exam System Test Passed my system. Got the below error -

My Internet Speed -

Now I am unable to reschedule or cancel the current exam. I need to take the exam but its not showing any option to reschedule or cancel the exam -

When I tried to schedule a new attempt, I got the error below -

Please help when & how can I take my exam?

i have the same issue due to which my voucher has been expired
