Dear MS Office,

I would like to check how to enforce within a business organization domain an email separation rule centrally.

For example:

if my org staff sends an email, it will be from @abc.com and others will be from gmail, hotmail and etc.

I want a separate folder create to separate all these external emails / internet mails out into another folder.

Any way i can enforce it centrally?

    Hi dear,

You can set up mailbox rules in your mailbox to forward different messages to different folders:

    1.       Click “Rules - create rule“ at the top of Outlook client  .

    2.       Click Advanced Options

    3.       Select a condition “with specific words in the sender’s address” and enter the external domain name you will receive, for example: “outlook.com”,”gmail.com”..

    4.       Click Next

    5.       Select a Action “move it to the specified folder” and click next

    6.       If there are no exceptions, please save this rule directly and select it“Run this rule now on  messages already in ‘xx’”
