Question about the pricing of using KMS+HSM (custom key store)

Hello, I would like to ask about the pricing of using KMS+HSM (custom key store).

As shown in the tables titled 'HSM-protected keys' and 'Managed HSM Pools' on the Key Vault pricing page, if the user wants to create/store the KMS key in the HSM, I would like to ask if the following fare calculation method is correct.

Regardless of the number of keys stored in the HSM (with no limit on the number of keys), the hourly price (3.20$/hour) for using the HSM is charged in addition to the key month cost and the number of key calls.

Is this calculation method right?
