Installation on windows server is stuck at 3%.
And in event viewer I have error regarding to this update 0x8024200B
Cannot install windows update KB5022291

Hello,
I'm trying to patch new windows server 2022 from wsus, and I get errors during KB5022291 update.
On wsus I have error like:
(Unable to Find Resource:) ReportingEvent.Client.181; Parameters: 2023-01
(Unable to Find Resource:) ReportingEvent.Client.167; Parameters: 2023-01

I tried a manual installation with the same result.
SFC repair and restorehealth commands don't seem to help.
In place upgrade solves the problem, but as more and more cases are popping up, it might be better for microsoft to fix this problem anyway.Problem also seems to occur only on virtual servers

Jack 5 Reputation points2023-02-07T12:44:54.7833333+00:00 Windows update KB5022291 on my Windows Servers 2022 (21H2) keeps failing. I have 12 web servers that all have the same roles and features all failing on this cumulative update. I also have "like" web servers that have installed KB5022291 with no issues. The update will install, then during the restart will get to 99%, then fail and roll back. In the WindowsUpdatelog there are many fails listed at the end. I have gone through all the processes of cleaning the update files and SFC, none seem to work. Below is a list of the fails from the log.
Any help is appreciated.

So I have rebooted server It download this update - this step is success 100%
The next step is installing - and here is stuck ang give error 0x800f081f
