Question

Dear,

We are considering using Azure functionalities. However, before we start using this, we would like clarity about the rights that apply to Azure.

Our company is a European company in the Netherlands.

For us, it is a requirement that we fall under European and Dutch legislation. So, for example, the data we store in the Azure environment must be kept in Europe. Although Microsoft is a US company, US law or access rights may not apply.

Can you inform me more about this?
