Windows Admin Center (WAC) Error when loading Local Users Tab

Question

In windows Admin Center, when connecting to one of the Windows 10 PCs, trying to load the "Local users & groups" getting Error Msg:

Notification details: Error

Error: Loading local users

Source: Go to Local users & groups.

Type: Error

Message: RemoteException: An unspecified error occurred: status = 3221225534

Local Groups Load just fine, and if you go to the Group "Users" it shows the local Users.

with this error cannot remotely edit Shared File Permissions with Local Users.

Not on a Domain, on a Local Workgroup

Windows 10 Pro - 22H2, even after Fresh Windows Install.

One Microsoft MVP had me:

"1.Uninstall Windows Admin Center

"2.Delete the Server Management Experience folder under C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft

"3.Reinstall Windows Admin Center"

Which only wasted time. The Issues is only with one computer and only affects the Local User and Groups Tab, Users Section. Doesn't effect the Groups Section, but doesn't allow me to add users under Shared Folders section. Maybe issues with just this remote Computer. With other Win10Pro Systems can load Local users no issues. Still no Fix found
