Get help from IT professional support admin or any MS support organization. I am also about to face permanent email loss due to no accessibility. Microsoft is not caring about the bugs and issues users are facing these days. They don't even suppose to provide solution and reply relevant on time.

Try this fix. worked out for me. same error like yours but across all O365 apps, I couldnt login. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/activation/reset-office-365-proplus-activation-state

I downloaded the UI recovery tool and followed the instructions.
