Hello, when remoting into a windows 10 PC running mstsc version 10.0.19041.2075 I am getting drops every 10-20 minutes. On the client side this manifests as the RDP disconnecting (black screen, retrying connection message) and it always reconnects on the first reattempt.

On the server side I see the following disconnect events (ID 103) in the log:

User's image

As you can see the events are every 10 or 20 minutes and have the message:

"The disconnect reason is 4408"

Is anyone able to shed some light on the meaning of disconnect reason 4408 please?

Did you ever get a resolution for this? I'm having the same issue but it seems to be limited to a specific few clients.
