Azure Functions runtime issue NewtonSoft Json NuGet Package / assembly is not specified

Having V13 of the NuGet Package NewtonSoft Json in my dotnet Azure Functions but getting some issues in recent times such as could not load file or assembly, system unable to find that assembly etc.

May I know root cause these specific Runtime issue and the resolution?

@krishna572 Could you please downgrade the Newtonsoft.Json package and check if it works? If you still see the issue, then there is some problem with the deployment pipleine. Please make sure that the build step is getting completed
