Lost Microsoft Exam Certification

I Booked / Completed and passed my Microsoft Exam (AZ 900) in December 3 2021 but am unable to find a record of this on my microsoft learning account. No phone numbers to contact for support.

I have credly badge as proof of passing the exam, but no record on my microsoft learning account?

Who can i speak with in regards to requesting a copy of my certificate and get this added to my microsoft learning account.

I have tried to follow the instructions to add but this does not work need help!
