2023-01-19T12:48:11.3433333+00:00 Oh okay, in this case you can see the actual Cost for an specific Resource inside the resource Group. In the Left pane under "Cost Management" is the option "Cost analysis". When the Page is loaded you can choose VM's and then you see the cost per VM.

In case if you are trying to add disc or storage of specific type search for the same and add them explicitly. The overall total estimate will include everything added to estimate.
Furthermore, you can specifically select licencing program at the bottom to choose accordingly.
