Win 10 Pro to Win 10 LTSC

I need to set up my new PC and I brought it back and was installed with Windows 10 Pro and I need to upgrade it to Win 10 Ent 2019 LTSC MultiLang, I have got the package and I have the key with me but when I try to change the key, the system prompts me saying that my key is not working, I'm sure my key is genuine, can anyone help?

I'm using Lenovo M70Q and HP Z4 workstations, and both PC and two sets of keys are not working.

Can anyone help?

    Might try from an elevated cmd.exe*

    slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
slmgr /ato
