Is there any Windows Defender SmartScreen authentication method?

hello. In Korea, after deploying c# clickonece, during the installation process, Windows Defender SmartScreen works. Is there a way to prevent Windows Defender SmartScreen from appearing? I would like to know how to properly authenticate, not turn off Windows Defender SmartScreen.
