Unable to switch to other app from edge or chrome browsers.

Question

The only way I can access an open app that is not the one I am using is to minimize all open current apps and then selecting the new app.

I cannot switch to a new open app by either single or double clicking the app icon in the task bar or by using the ALT-TAB or WIN-TAB functions.

My windows is up-to-date and SFC scan brought no change.

Hello there,

Have you made any recent updates to the device?

-In settings open the “Corners and Edges” feature.

-Now you will need to search for the “Allow switching between recent apps” and turn it ON.

-Now restart the device, When the device starts check again if your alt + tab feature works correctly in your Windows operating system.

You can also clean boot the device or boot to safe mode and see if that helps .
