Lost access to my MSID account

Question

Hi

I have lost access to my original MSID account. It is the one where all of my certifications lay. Is there a way to recover access or link the account to this one as I need to renew a few certificates this year? I need access to the old one as I also will be writing a few new exams and I would like access to the account. I lost access in 2022 and realized too late that I have lost access.
