(Fixed/Answered) How would I fix my Wi-Fi saying 'No Internet, Secured'? None of the 10+ fixes that people have shown online work for me.

Ok so I have a Windows 11 Home 64-bit PC. In it for insight I have an 'Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX200 160MHz wireless network adapter. I have the latest version of drivers (22.190.0) or something like that. I can connect fine to my Phones hotspot, but I can't connect to my Modem/Router. How this all began was I was making a server on a game called rust and I was port forwarding for the servers to work. I did the port forwarding wrong, so I tried to fix it but after I deleted the port forwarding's and replaced only 1 my Wi-Fi stopped working on my PC and PC only. I have since deleted the new port forwarding on my Phone.
The list of things I've tried.
-Update Drivers
-around 5 different netsh cmds in cmd(admin)
-around 5 ipconfig cmds in cmd(admin)
-resetting my Network settings
-Turning off restarting then on again then restarting again Client for Microsoft Networks and Microsoft Network Adapter Multiplexor Protocol and Internet protocol Version 6(TCP/IPv6) in the Networking properties
-Check PC for updates

-Reset Winsock

-I don't have a VPN

-Just turning off IPv6

-Running the network trouble shooter

-Resetting my router/Modem(multiple times)

-Restarting my gateway

-Forgetting my Wi-Fi then reconnecting

-I have no external antivirus other than free version of Malwarebytes that I only turn on when I download things.

-Winsock catalog resetting

-uninstalling then reinstalling my network adapter

-Checking services.msc

-Changing my DNS servers

And yet no matter what I do or how many times I do it nothing is fixing this issue. Please help me out here.

I FIXED IT, it only took my 10 long hours. I had to go to the website of my router or whatever log in and reset my ROUTER/MODEMS firewall settings not my pc's.
