How to replace the scroll in the PBI description with resin design?

Hello,

is there a way in Azure DevOps Boards to get rid of scroll in the PBI description and have a kind of rezin design when I see everything in the description without scrolling it but scrolling PBI itself.

Now PBI has two scrolls when the description is long.
