getting the while installing sql please help with it

This error means that SQL Server did not start when Setup wanted to run configuration tasks. There can be multiple reasons for this error. You need to look in the SQL Server errorlog, which you find in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL15.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\LOG\ERRORLOG. (The exact path depends on which version and edition of SQL Server you installed. The example is for SQL 2019 Developer Edition.))
It also a good idea to attach summary.txt which you find in the most recent subfolder to C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\150\Setup Bootstrap\Log.
