no show refundable deposit

Hi team,

I am trying to give PL-900 certification. Although I have 100% discount as I am Infosys employee it is still asking me to pay certain amount because I missed one exam.

My question is when will this no-show refundable deposit will be lifted. How many days after which I can give exam without paying any refundable deposit?

And will I be asked every time to pay this amount?
