I have done my MCTS - 70-573, SharePoint 2010, Application Development in 2011. My Access Code is 986916. I do not know my MC ID. Please help me in finding the MC ID.

I am trying to access the transcript through this URL - [https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

I wanted to migrate or connect my certificate to new Microsoft learning site through [https://learn.microsoft.com/
