    Hi Hania,

Just wanted to check in and make sure you're good with your Reporting Services Configuration Manager. Double-check that your Report Server URL and Web Service URL are set up correctly. If you're not sure, you can take a look directly on the server to check the results.

Looks like it might be a network issue, but it's hard for me to say for sure without more info. Sorry about that! Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.

    Best Regards

    Hi @Hania ABECHE

    Access is denied . ( Exception from HRESULT : 0x8007005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) "

From the error message, this might be a permission issue.

What account are you using to open the web server url?

Please try to run the browser as admin to see if you could open ReportServer manager.

Check: Grant user access to a report server

    Regards,

    Zoe Hui

Hi @ZoeHui-MSFT we found also this log in SCOM too

" An exception was thrown while processing GetUserRolesForOperationAndUser for session ID uuid:d9eb913b-a75d-454d-8bf1-2bb8bef92384;id=1085.
Exception message: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED))
Full Exception: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) "

and for Reporting Server we use the Reporting Data Reader Account .
