How I can acess office 2016 professional plus installation file

Hi

I have a Microsoft Office 2016 professional plus file license. I purchased it when I was at Kobe University, Japan, as Professor. I purchased the license with an academic discount provided by Kobe University.

Now I want to install Microsoft Office 2016 professional plus. But I don't have the installation file. I left Japan 4 months ago.

How can I solve this problem?

1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in with the associated account with the Microsoft Office 2016 license.
2. At the top of the page, click Services & subscriptions.
3. Locate your product on this page and click Install. Click on Other options if you need it in a specific language or a specific version ie. 64-bit.

For your issue, can you contact the seller to verify whether Office 2016 Professional Plus is a retail or volume licensed version (Probably not very probabilistic)?

• If it is a retail version, please refer to Jordan M's suggestions. As the license is bound with your Microsoft account, and you can install Office Professional Plus from Services & subscriptions webpage. Another way, please refer to Psirontech's sharing in thread "Download ISO file for Office Professional PLUS 2016". But, to activate the Office, you still need to sign into the licensed account.
• But if it is volume licensed version, the installation file needs to be download from VLSC, and it needs Admin's account to sign in.
