New mac profile does not apply

Hello, I'm new to Microsoft Intune, I enrolled my Mac to do tests, and it works fine but after the enrollment, I created another profile and does not download/applied the new profile.

    How and what did you apply before? Any new policy setting may need to be merged in Plist if the policy profile is the same.
