Hello, I'm new to Microsoft Intune, I enrolled my Mac to do tests, and it works fine but after the enrollment, I created another profile and does not download/applied the new profile.

How and what did you apply before? Any new policy setting may need to be merged in Plist if the policy profile is the same.
Hi, what I applied, for was a simple wifi profile to test if the PUSH CERTIFICATE was working and if I could enroll Macs, but that profile was downloaded during the enrollment. later I created a new profile restricting Safari browser to test if I could restrict apps but that profile doesn't sync or download.
