I changed my email but I can't associate my certificate with the new email


I completed the AZ-900 certification and my e-mail address was tiago.l.soares@bradesco.com.br, but due to an internal change at the company my e-mail address changed to tiago.l.soares@bradescoseguros.com.br.

As a result, I cannot authenticate myself with the @bradesco.com.br email and, therefore, I cannot carry out the procedure of associating the certificate to a new email account.
