When I try to log into Entra's Permissions Management portal as a standard Azure AD user I get the error "No Access. Access Required. Contact your global administrator". Aren't standard users supposed to be able to log into this to use Permissions On Demand and use the My Requests tab to request additional permissions?

However, as we were able to open a support case for you and get multiple eyes on your situation, I would kindly request that you consider re-rating the feedback and taking the survey again.
Based on the support case, the advised solution is to add the users to a group in Azure AD and then add that group to Entra.
Let us know if you have further questions or are still running into this issue. We are still waiting on a reply from some of the escalation engineers as well.

I've already gone through the setup process in those documents. I can also see user sign in activities within Entra's Permission Management portal so I know it's tied into my tenant and reading data.
Hi there. If you believe its setup correctly, you will probably need to open a case with Azure support. This is pretty new so there may be some issues there!
