Unable to "Azure Enable" VMware vCenters resources in Azure Arc

I have successfully connected a vCenter 7.0.3 to Azure Arc. I can discover and enable VM's however I am unable to "Enable in Azure" any part of the vCenter Inventory such as Nics, Resource Pools, Cluster etc. I do not get an error returned at all. If I look at the raw error it just shows

If you are unable to enable vCenter inventory resources such as NICs, resource pools, and clusters in Azure, it could be due to a lack of permissions on your vSphere account.

To enable these resources in Azure, you need a vSphere account that has the following permissions:

Read all inventory

Deploy and update VMs to all the resource pools (or clusters), networks, and VM templates that you want to use with Azure Arc.

Make sure that the vSphere account you are using has these permissions and try enabling the resources again.

Additionally, you can check the Azure Arc logs for any error messages that may provide more information on the issue. You can access the logs by going to the Azure portal, searching for Azure Arc, and then selecting the Logs tab.

thanks for this, I ended up just adding the VM's to Arc instead. I will wait until it is out of preview and try at a later time. I triple checked permissions and gave them as high as I could with the same issue. Adding the same vCenter with the same vCenter account in a different Azure tenant gave different issues so I dont think it was the vcenter side.
