We have around 400 windows client machines running on Windows 10 Enterprise managed co-manage+Intune and day-by-day client machines getting Windows 11 upgradation option but we don't want to upgrade to Windows 11.

We have Intune as well as an E3 license can we restrict Windows 11 upgradation by Intune?

Please share any documentation that is available on how to create a policy for devices.

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to prevent Windows 10 upgrading to Windows 11.

I believe they won't upgrade if they are managed thru Intune. You need to configure the deployment so the client would be able to upgrade to Windows 11.
