Accidental purchase of Windows 11 Product Key. Can I get a refund?

My nephew was on my computer with my unactivated version of Windows 11 and he somehow ended up buying a Windows 11 activation key. I cannot afford this right now, and I can't seem to find anything in the policy about it.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get a refund on an activation key?
