Can't login to Azure portal due to error AADSTS500213

Hi,

I recently changed the default configuration in the cross-tenant settings to block all inbound and outbound settings.

Since I'm the only admin and It was a "guest" account, I am not able to access the Azure portal anymore. I get the error AADSTS500213.

    Since you are the only Global Admin and have been locked out, you should raise a support ticket with Azure by a call
