Why Microsoft.net uses 100% of my gpu?

High gpu and cpu usage. This trigger only when i plugged in and use the internet. How can i fix this?

    Hi,

    It is recommended that you perform a full scan on your computer for malware. Anything that consumes that much GPU usage can easily be a bitcoin miner. You can use software like process explorer to see what the parent processes of this Visual Basic Command Line Compiler and Microsoft .Net Services Installation Utility are. Alternatively, you can right-click on the entry and select "open file location". From there you can see where the exe (usually like vbc.exe) is on your computer. If it is in an odd location or has an odd name, you could try renaming or deleting it while in safe mode then reboot into normal mode. If this actually breaks something else you can always revert to a backed up copy of the file.
