How do you enter text in a Whiteboard session using an Interactive display in a Teams Room call?

I have an Avocor display connected to a Teams Room system. When I launch a whiteboard session from the CoRC, everything works correctly. When I try to add text, the onscreen keyboard pops up on the CoRC, but I cannot use it to enter text. I connected a wired keyboard and could not enter text either. I can choose to edit text on the shape or text box but no way to enter text. Is this a limitation of the Whiteboard functions when launched in a call?

The official document does not provide the detailed limitations of whiteboard in Microsoft Teams. But there is a blog described some limitation for your reference. Also, it is important to note that Whiteboard in Teams is only available for calls with three or more participants.
