How do you create text in an LBL file ?

I have a .lbl file which is used to print out information from a program.

The line in the file in notepad is :

ROW3          = "<SN_TEXT>"
   ROW3_STYLE    = 0

I would like to manually have " Serial # " put into the label being printed on the line in front of the serial number. Is that possible and how would I do it ?

    That's not a Microsoft product, ask the vendor support for assistance.
