Network Testing Companion: Virus??

Hello,
I'm a little bit confused right now: My last Windows Defender Scan (4.10.2020 20:21) detected a malware called "Network Testing Companion.lnk" in my Start-Menu but there are no other files detected as malware. Since a Link in the Start-Menu can not harm my computer, I assume a false positive. Unfortunately Windows Defender does not say where the (quarantined) link is pointing to. I assume it's to the Microsoft-supplied "Microsoft Skype for Business Network Assessment Tool" but I'm not sure about that. Can somebody confirm that this is a false-positive?

Also, if it is, please don't scare people unnecessarily?

Sounds like someone has installed this tool. If so then nothing to worry about.
