Please i need your help on this issue.
we currently have about 300 users working with MS Teams on Win10. Our users are equipped with Jabra 930 Pro Mono.
We have never experienced any problems with this setup.
We want to upgrade our OS to Win11 and have deployed this OS to a small group of users, including me and our IT staff.
Since changing to Win11, we have been experiencing the following issue:
On a client using teams in combination with Windows 11 as well as using a Jabra Pro 930 Mono, while being in voice- oder videocalls, Teams shows an error (There seems to be an issue with your audio device). The user loses the audio input and output with Teams.
This is only the issue in Teams. The audio(input as well as output)seems to be working just fine with other Softphones and everything else.

The workaround does not work for me.
Is this issue known and are you already fixing it? Or do you need more information?

Hi @Iniobong Nkanga Please use only one softclient at the time and install Jabra direct software to check the lates firmware
