A month ago my authenticator app started giving me a 2 digit code

It pings my phone and asks me to approve, but if i do it fails. Then I have to click Use Password instead and it prompts me for the password, pings my phone, and Im logged in. I want it to remove the extra step and just let me use password. I tried changing my authenticator settings but no luck.

Likewise... Last week out of the blue, MS started presenting me with a two digit number for authenticator instead of asking me to tap 'approve'. We're an MSP and have many GA accounts we use for our clients and it's doing it with all of them.

    Hello,

Try removing Authenticator from your account and then re-add it back.
